Our Story
We began as a structure consulting practice and grew, step by step, into licensed fiduciary work and capital markets transactions. Today China & Partners stands on three pillars — de-SPAC transaction advisory, licensed trust and fiduciary services, and cross-border structuring in both directions — behind them, a lean senior team and two proprietary systems.
We do not measure ourselves by headcount. The team stays senior and lean — repetitive work is delegated to our own software, and human judgement is reserved for the decisions that matter.
2019
Established in Hong Kong as a structure consulting firm, focused on equity and capital architecture for cross-border businesses.
2020
Licensed as a Trust or Company Service Provider in Hong Kong (TC007253), extending into fiduciary and corporate services.
2021
Expanded into overseas listing structures, SPAC transactions, and M&A coordination.
2022
Built out the trust practice — ESOP trusts and fiduciary administration for listed companies.
2024
Served as exclusive financial advisor to PS International Group in its business combination with AIB Acquisition Corporation (Nasdaq: PSIG).
2025
Launched kae.one, our company registration platform integrated with the Hong Kong Companies Registry.
